Un decorator din Londra îşi continuă planurile de nuntă chiar dacă viitoarea soţie a murit. De şase luni! Alan Hooley se cheamă tipul, are 25 de ani, e englez. Fata se numea Charlotte Simpson.

The decorator, from south-east London, will wear a white jacket, pink waistcoat and incorporate the horse-drawn carriage and pink flowers his bride-to-be had chosen. Some 250 guests, including friends and family, will attend the tragic blessing ceremony on 2 May.

Vor mai fi şi 250 de spectatori pentru sinistra ceremonie. Şi asta nu-i tot. Mirele, dacă putem să-i spunem aşa, alături de părinţii ei, două surori şi mama lui vor purta câte un diamant făcut din cenuşă comprimată a logodnicei sale. Diamante valorate în 7000 de lire fiecare. Şi ca să acopere banii daţi pe diamant, de ziua ei, pe 7 februarie va organiza o petrecere pentru 300 de invitaţi.

Hooley said: “I’m going to do the day exactly how she had planned it. I want to get it as close to the wedding as possible. It’s helping me out a lot. I want to do it to keep Charlotte’s memory alive.”
